Return Process

  Try It On Immediately

  Once your delivery arrives, try on your garment immediately without removing the security tags or hygiene seals to ensure the perfect fit.

  Notify Our Team

  If the item is not suitable, log into your account and lodge a 'Return Request' within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp to qualify for a credit note.

• 3.
  Pack and Seal

  Place the unworn garment back into the original reusable packaging and attach the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your order.

• 4.
  Drop Off at Post Office

  Hand your package to an authorized postal clerk by the next business day and ensure you receive a lodgment receipt for tracking purposes.
